Terrance and Mr. Green are the best! We came in after suit shopping for months and not finding anything with any character or style. Immediately found 2 suits we loved! These guys took such good care of us. Got my fiancé suited with a quick turnaround for in-house alterations for a reasonable price. I love the vibes, and the history of the shop. Awesome selection of clothes and accessories. Cliff made me feel like family and I appreciate the great deals, I will be traveling from NJ very soon!

Hot Sams saved me! After a dry cleaning mishap left me without a suit for a wedding, I ran into Hot Sams and asked if there was anything they could do in under an hour. They found me a suit, hemmed it, and had me on my way in no time. If you need a suit in Detroit, go to Hot Sams, they will take great care of you

We discovered this place through a friend and had such a magnificent time! Wonderful selection for the stylish man (or a man who needs a stylish makeover) and kind service that is the warmest of any store we’ve ever been too. We could’ve spent all day with them! A must visit, even if you’re only in Detroit for a weekend.

May 22, 2023I arrived in Detroit at 4:00 to attend an event at 6:00. As I was getting ready to checkin in to our hotel I discovered that I had left my suit at home. I google searched for nearby men’s stores and found Hot Sams Detroit about thee blocks away. At 4:30 I walked into Hot Sams and was greeted by Terrence Beasley. I explained my predicament to Terence, who smiled and calmly said, “I got you.” Indeed he did. Over the next 30 minutes he fitted me with a great blazer, patterned dress shirt, coordinated tie and pocket square, slacks and socks. The pants required hemming, but fortunately they had a tailor onsite. They marked the pants and took them to be hemmed and pressed. They also pressed the shirt and the blazer for a fine look. By 5:15 I was out the door with the complete outfit. Back to my hotel for a quick change, and we made it to our event right at 6:00. A terrible day made great by Hot Sams Detroit, Terence Beasley, and the store’s tailors. I heartly recommend them.
